We do not-- and I emphasize-- we do not take a case where we think, oh, well we'll get this. It will probably settle. MR. SILVERMAN: The best settlements will come from being ready for trial. If you take a case with the expectation of settlement, what you find is you'll go to trial unprepared. MALE VOICE 1: Being prepared to go to court can take time; lots of time.
