Department of Justice Investigation of Virginia Mentally Disabled Training Center
The Richmond Times Dispatch just reported on its website that the U.S. Department of Justice is investigating possible civil rights violations at the Central Virginia Training Center in Lynchburg, Virginia. The center serves close to 500 residents. No further information is available at this time.
