About the Firm
The lawyers of Williamson Petty LC represent people harmed by medical malpractice, defective products, abuse at nursing homes and assisted living facilities, and serious automobile and trucking accidents. With offices in Richmond, our lawyers represent clients in federal and state courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
The cases handled by our lawyers often involve complex medical, scientific and technical issues. We believe success in our cases demands both a thorough knowledge of the law and an in depth understanding of the relevant principles of medicine, science and technology. Our firm's dedication to a thorough development of the legal, scientific, and medical aspects of our client's case is illustrated through the extensive list of publication authored by our attorneys.
Our firm bears the names of its two senior lawyers, Thomas W. Williamson, Jr. and Jonathan Petty.
